Geni was great to work with. She was able to find a home that met our needs and most of our wants. Geni is very patient as we requested to look at over 30 homes. She knew the area well and made good recommendations on preferred locations. She was able to accommodate our schedule as we were only available on weekends. Once we decided on a home she put her negotiation skills to work. WOW! She is a master at negotiation. She makes the process as easy as it can be and kept us informed every step of the way. We lived in our previous home for over 25 years and were uneasy about going through the process of relocating to a new area and buying a home that we could potentially live in for the rest of our lives.
